Traffic Safety – Drop-Off & Pick-Up

We have noticed an increase in families dropping off and picking up students in the school parking lot. As a reminder, the school parking lot is NOT a drop-off or pick-up area.

If you are dropping off or picking up your child, please note the following:

• Do not park or drop off students in the bus zone between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM
• Use marked crosswalks only (no jaywalking).
• Do not park in or enter the school parking lot.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping keep our school community safe.

Course Fees

With the start of the new semester, families are asked to log into their MyCBE account and review and pay any posted course fees.

Spectator Expectations (Important Reminder)

For all athletic events:

• Student spectators must be accompanied by their own parent or guardian.
• Students may not be supervised by another adult who is not their parent/guardian.
• No in-and-out privileges — spectators who leave the building may not re-enter.
• All visitors must enter through the main doors only.
  Attempting to enter through alternate doors may trigger security protocols and result in serious consequences.
• Spectators are expected to cheer and support players, coaches, referees, and officials in a positive manner.
• Student spectators without parental supervision will be directed to leave immediately.
• Disrespectful behaviour will be addressed by both the hosting school administration and the home school administration.
  The Student and Parent Code of Conduct applies at all times.
• Depending on the severity of the situation, spectators may be asked to leave and parents may be restricted from returning.

Registration Now Open for 2026–2027

Registration for the 2026–27 school year is now open.

• If your child currently attends Dr. Egbert School, no further action is required unless you are planning to move or change school programs.
• If you are planning to move, please notify the school office as soon as possible so designated school information can be updated.

Accurate registration numbers are essential to minimize the need for homeroom regrouping in the fall.
